You'll design the web apps, mobile apps and AI products our clients' customers use, from the first sketch to the shipped screen. You'll work closely with engineers every sprint, so what you design is what gets built.

What you'll do
- Run discovery with clients and turn what you learn into flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Design interfaces in Figma, with design systems engineers can build from.
- Design the conversations and screens behind AI agents and assistants.
- Test designs with real users and improve conversion on the pages that matter most.
- Present your work to clients clearly and turn their feedback into better designs.
What you'll bring
- A portfolio of shipped product work, with the reasoning behind your decisions.
- Strong Figma skills and experience building or extending a design system.
- Care for accessibility in every flow you design.
- Comfort working in two-week sprints beside engineers.
- Clear writing for specs and handovers.
Nice to have
- Experience designing bilingual products and right-to-left layouts.
- Some front-end skills in HTML, CSS or React.
- Conversion testing you've planned and run.
