CRM & automation
A CRM your team trusts, with follow-up that never forgets.
Leads go cold when follow-up depends on memory, and forecasts go wrong when the CRM is half empty. We set up HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce or a custom CRM around how you actually sell, move your data across cleanly, and automate routing, reminders and nurture, so every lead gets worked and every number reconciles.

Overview
What does a CRM and automation agency do?
A CRM and automation agency designs, sets up and connects the system your business uses to track every lead, deal and customer, then automates the follow-up around it. That covers choosing the platform, building pipelines and fields, migrating data, routing and scoring leads, nurture emails, and reporting from first touch to closed revenue. Noorscale does this on HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Salesforce, and builds custom CRMs when no platform fits. We also train your team by role, so the system actually gets used.

The Beacon Method
How does every engagement run?
Research first, a plan you can read, focused delivery and reporting tied to revenue. The same four stages for every practice.
Step 01Weeks 1–2
Signal
Find every signal about your brand
We audit how you show up on Google, in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, in your ads, on your site and inside your CRM. You get the gaps, ranked by revenue impact.
Step 02Weeks 2–4
Structure
Turn the gaps into one plan
We rank every gap by revenue impact and turn it into a 90-day roadmap: which channels move first, what to build, who owns it and the numbers that prove it worked.
Step 03Month 2 onward
Light
Build and launch in focused sprints
Content, campaigns, creative, sites, agents and CRM automations ship in two-week sprints. Working documents, not decks, and you own every asset.
Step 04Ongoing
Scale
Measure, compound, automate
Live dashboards tie the work to leads and revenue. We double down on what's compounding, cut what isn't, and automate the repetitive parts so growth keeps running.

FAQ
Questions about CRM
Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.
Which CRM is best for a small or mid-size business?
It depends on how you sell. HubSpot suits teams that want marketing and sales in one place, Salesforce suits complex or fast-scaling sales teams, and GoHighLevel suits local businesses and agencies that live on calls, texts and bookings. We recommend a platform after mapping your process, not before.
How much does CRM implementation cost?
Cost depends on the platform, the number of pipelines and users, the integrations you need and how much data has to move. Most setups and migrations are fixed-price projects, while ongoing automation and support run on a monthly plan. CRM subscriptions are paid directly to the vendor. You get a written scope with a fixed fee after a free call.
Can you fix a CRM we already have?
Yes, most of our CRM work starts with an existing system that has grown messy. We audit the setup, clean and deduplicate the data, rebuild pipelines and automations that don't match how you sell, and retrain the team. It's usually faster and cheaper than switching platforms.
Do you push a particular CRM platform?
We're vendor-neutral. We recommend the platform that fits your process, team and budget, and we'll tell you when a cheaper option or a lower tier will do the job.
How do you get a sales team to actually use the CRM?
We design around the rep's day: fewer required fields, stages that match real conversations, automation that logs activity for them, and dashboards managers use in their own meetings. Then we train by role and track adoption after launch, fixing whatever people avoid.
Can you connect our CRM to Google Ads and Meta for attribution?
Yes, we send CRM stages such as qualified lead and closed won back to the ad platforms through offline conversion imports and conversion APIs. Campaigns can then optimize toward real pipeline instead of raw form fills, and you get reporting from ad click to closed deal.
How long does a CRM setup take?
A focused GoHighLevel or HubSpot setup usually takes 2–6 weeks. Salesforce implementations take 6–10 weeks, and custom CRMs reach a first release in 8–12 weeks. Migrations add a test run and a planned cutover, so your team keeps selling throughout.
Can AI agents work with our CRM?
Yes, chat and voice agents can create contacts, log conversations, book meetings and update deal stages through your CRM's API. We limit each agent to the actions it needs and keep a person approving anything that changes a deal or contacts a customer.
