The Beacon Method
How does every engagement run?
Research first, a plan you can read, focused delivery and reporting tied to revenue. The same four stages for every practice.
Step 01Weeks 1–2
Signal
Find every signal about your brand
We audit how you show up on Google, in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, in your ads, on your site and inside your CRM. You get the gaps, ranked by revenue impact.
Step 02Weeks 2–4
Structure
Turn the gaps into one plan
We rank every gap by revenue impact and turn it into a 90-day roadmap: which channels move first, what to build, who owns it and the numbers that prove it worked.
Step 03Month 2 onward
Light
Build and launch in focused sprints
Content, campaigns, creative, sites, agents and CRM automations ship in two-week sprints. Working documents, not decks, and you own every asset.
Step 04Ongoing
Scale
Measure, compound, automate
Live dashboards tie the work to leads and revenue. We double down on what's compounding, cut what isn't, and automate the repetitive parts so growth keeps running.

FAQ
Questions about Websites & Apps
Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.
How much does a website or app cost?
It depends on what the build has to do: the number of page templates, integrations such as your CRM or booking system, content and any migration. We price every project from a written scope after a free call, as a fixed fee per phase, so you see the full figure before work starts. Apps and SaaS products are scoped in phases, starting with the smallest version that proves the idea.
Which platform should our website be built on?
The one that fits how your team works, not the one we prefer. WordPress suits content-heavy sites your marketers edit every week, Next.js suits large or fast-growing sites with developers involved, and Shopify suits most online stores. We recommend one in writing after reviewing your content, integrations and who will maintain the site.
How long does it take to build a website or app?
Most marketing websites launch in 8–12 weeks and landing pages in 2–3 weeks. First versions of web and mobile apps usually take 8–20 weeks, depending on scope. Content and feedback speed move the date more than the code does, so you get a dated plan in week one.
Will we own the code and the accounts?
Yes, you own everything we build. The code lives in your repository, and the domain, hosting, CMS, analytics and app store accounts sit in your name. We work through delegated access, so you can change providers without asking anyone's permission.
Can you redesign our site without losing search rankings?
Yes, when the migration is planned properly. We crawl and benchmark the old site, map every URL to a 301 redirect, carry over metadata, structured data and internal links, then watch Search Console closely after launch. Nobody can promise zero movement, but missing redirects and dropped content cause most post-launch losses, and both are preventable.
Do you design the site as well as build it?
Yes, strategy, page structure, copy support, UI design and development happen in one team. That means the design is built around real content and the build matches the design. If you already have designs in Figma, we can build from them.
Can you fix our current site instead of rebuilding it?
Yes, often. If the foundations are sound, a focused speed, accessibility and conversion sprint fixes most problems in weeks. If the site runs on a heavy page builder or an unmaintained theme, rebuilding usually costs less over time than repeated patching, and we'll show you why using data from your own site.
Do you build apps as well as websites?
Yes, we build web apps such as SaaS products, client portals and internal tools, and iOS and Android apps from one React Native or Flutter codebase. The same team handles UX, so each product is designed around the first thing its users need to get done.
What happens after launch?
You get a stable, documented build and a handover session, then choose whether to keep us on. Care plans cover updates, backups, security patches, uptime monitoring and small changes. Conversion work can continue as a monthly testing program once traffic data builds up.
