    People stay in charge

    Agents act inside limits we agree with you. Anything costly, sensitive or hard to undo waits for a person to approve it.

    AI says it's AI

    Every voice and chat agent we build introduces itself as an AI assistant, and anyone can ask for a person at any point.

    Grounded, then tested

    Answers come from sources you've approved. Each agent is tested against real questions before launch and checked again after every change.

    Your data isn't training data

    We use business terms under which model providers don't train on your data, and private or in-region models when your rules call for them.

  5. 05

    Least access

    An agent can touch only the tools and records its job needs. Every action it takes is logged so you can see what happened and why.

  6. 06

    Measured, or switched off

    We track accuracy, cost and the business result. If an agent isn't earning its place, we tell you and we change it or turn it off.

  • We use AI to research, draft, code and test faster. A senior person reviews everything before it reaches you.

  • Client confidential data never goes into consumer AI tools. We use business accounts with data protection terms.

  • Nothing AI-written is published under your name without a human edit for accuracy and voice.

  • AI-generated images, video and voices are labelled wherever the platform or the law requires it.

  • We don't use AI to fake reviews, testimonials, results or people. Ever.
