Overview
What is marketing automation?
Marketing automation is software that sends each lead the right message based on who they are and what they do, then hands them to sales when they show buying intent. It covers lead capture, segmentation, email and SMS nurture, lead scoring, routing and attribution. Noorscale builds it in tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo and Customer.io. Everything connects to your CRM, so every touch and every deal is tracked.

What problems does a marketing automation program solve?
It solves the three problems teams raise most often on a first call, and each one has a fix.
The problem
- “Most of our leads never hear from us again”Anyone not ready to buy this week drops out of sight, even though they might be ready next quarter.
- “Sales says marketing's leads are junk”Without scoring and clear handoff rules, reps get every download and webinar signup, and stop calling any of them.
- “We can't tell which campaigns make money”Email reports show opens and clicks. Nobody can trace a closed deal back to the flow that warmed it up.
What changes
- Every lead gets a next stepEvery lead gets a relevant next message, whether they're ready to buy this week or next quarter.
- Sales gets ready leads, not listsScoring and alerts send reps the leads showing real intent, at the moment they show it.
- Revenue you can attributeClosed deals trace back to the flows and campaigns that warmed them up.
- More pipeline from the same leadsLeads you've already paid for get nurtured instead of forgotten, which lowers your cost per opportunity.

FAQ
Questions about Marketing Automation
Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.
How much does marketing automation cost?
It's a one-time setup fee for the lifecycle design, core flows and scoring, then a monthly fee for new flows, testing and reporting. The setup depends on how many segments and flows you need and how clean your data is. Platform subscriptions are paid directly to the vendor. You'll get a written scope after a free call.
What's the difference between marketing automation and a CRM?
A CRM is the record of every contact, deal and conversation, and the place sales works. Marketing automation sends messages and scores leads based on behavior, then passes ready leads into the CRM. Many platforms, such as HubSpot, do both, and we connect them either way.
Which marketing automation platform should we use?
Usually the one that fits your CRM and sales motion. HubSpot suits B2B teams already on it, ActiveCampaign suits smaller teams wanting strong automation for less, Klaviyo suits online stores, and Customer.io suits product-led SaaS. We recommend after looking at your data and process.
How does lead scoring work?
Each lead gets points for fit, such as company size or role, and for intent, such as visiting the pricing page or replying to an email. When the score crosses a line agreed with sales, the lead is assigned and the owner gets an alert and a task. We review the scoring against closed deals and adjust it.
Can marketing automation work with our existing CRM?
Yes, we sync contacts, scores, lifecycle stages and activity both ways with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Reps see every touch on the record, and closed revenue flows back for attribution.
Will automated emails feel robotic?
Automated emails feel personal when they're written well and triggered by what a person actually did. We write short, plain emails that answer the next question a buyer has, and send them when they're relevant rather than on a fixed blast schedule.
How do you protect email deliverability?
We set up domain authentication with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, clean the list before launch, ramp up sending gradually and suppress people who stop engaging. Deliverability is checked every month in the report.
How long before marketing automation shows results?
Core flows go live in 4–6 weeks, and the first sales-ready alerts usually arrive soon after. Nurture works on your sales cycle, so pipeline from older leads builds over the following months, and the monthly report shows it as it happens.
Do you write the emails too?
Yes, copy and design are included. Your team reviews every message before it goes live, and we keep a reusable template library so new campaigns are quick to build.
