Overview

What does an email marketing agency do?

An email marketing agency plans, writes, designs, builds and optimizes the automated flows and campaigns a brand sends to its subscribers by email and SMS. Because the list is yours, it's the one channel where reach doesn't depend on an algorithm or ad prices, and automated flows keep earning after they're built. Noorscale builds lifecycle flows such as welcome, nurture, abandoned cart and win-back in platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot and Mailchimp, fixes SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and segments your list by behavior so every send is relevant.

Sound familiar?

What problems does an email marketing program solve?

It solves the three problems teams raise most often on a first call, and each one has a fix.

The problem

  • “Our emails keep landing in spam”Missing DMARC, misaligned DKIM or a sudden volume spike can push mail to spam. Gmail and Yahoo now require bulk senders to authenticate, or mail gets filtered.
  • “We only email when there's a sale”No welcome series, no abandoned cart flow, no win-back. Email revenue depends on someone remembering to send a campaign, and constant discounts train buyers to wait.
  • “Everyone on the list gets the same email”New subscribers, repeat customers and people who haven't opened in a year all get identical sends. Engagement drops, unsubscribes climb and sender reputation suffers.

What changes

  • Revenue that runs on autopilotWelcome, cart and win-back flows keep selling every day, without anyone remembering to send a campaign.
  • Mail that reaches the inboxAuthentication fixed and lists cleaned, so the emails you pay to write are actually seen.
  • More repeat purchasesPost-purchase and replenishment flows bring buyers back without leaning on constant discounts.
  • A channel you own outrightYour list doesn't depend on an algorithm or ad prices, and every send is measured in revenue per recipient.

What's included

What does an email marketing program include?

An email marketing program includes six deliverables, each one working material your team can use, not a slide deck.

Scope · Email & SMS Marketing6 deliverables

  1. 01

    Deliverability and authentication fix

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and aligned, the sending domain warmed if needed, and list hygiene rules set to protect sender reputation.

  2. 02

    Core lifecycle flows

Welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows written, designed and built in your platform.

  3. 03

A monthly send calendar plus branded, mobile-first templates your team can reuse for launches, content and promotions.

  6. 06

    Flow and campaign testing

Process

How long does an email marketing program take?

The work runs in four steps, starting in week 1 and continuing from month 3 onward. Every step ends with something you can use, so you always know what's landed and what comes next.

Time to first results: Core flows live in 3–4 weeks

  1. Step 01Week 1

    Audit and authentication

We audit your platform, flows, list health and DNS records, then fix SPF, DKIM and DMARC before sending volume increases.

You get: Audit plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC fixed

  2. Step 02Weeks 2–4

    Build core flows

Welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase flows go live first, since they catch buyers at their highest intent, followed by nurture and win-back.

You get: Welcome, cart and post-purchase flows live

  3. Step 03Month 2

    Segment and campaign

Your list gets segmented by behavior and value, and a regular campaign calendar starts, with sunset rules for inactive subscribers.

You get: Segments, sunset rules and a campaign calendar

  4. Step 04Month 3 onward

    Test and expand

Flows and campaigns are A/B tested, SMS is added where consent and margins support it, and reporting tracks revenue per recipient.

You get: Test log and monthly revenue report

Reporting

How will you know an email marketing program is working?

You'll see it in four numbers on a live dashboard, with a written review every month. Leading indicators come first, then the numbers your finance team cares about.

Monthly reportSample

Revenue per recipientHigher is better

Attributed revenue divided by emails delivered, comparable across flows and campaigns of different sizes.

Flow conversion rateHigher is better

The share of people entering each flow who go on to purchase or book, showing which flows need work.

Inbox placement signalsHigher is better

Spam complaint rate, bounces and Google Postmaster Tools data, watched weekly to catch deliverability problems early.

List growth and churn

New subscribers against unsubscribes and suppressed contacts each month, so list size reflects real, reachable people.

FAQ

Questions about Email & SMS Marketing

Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.

How much does an email marketing agency cost?

Email and SMS marketing runs as a monthly retainer, scoped after a free call, covering flow builds in the first months and ongoing campaigns after that. Cost rises with list size, send volume, number of flows and whether SMS is included. Your email platform's subscription is paid separately.

How long until email flows start producing revenue?

Core flows such as welcome and abandoned cart usually go live within three to four weeks and can start contributing revenue soon after. Deliverability fixes take effect over several weeks as mailbox providers see better engagement. Campaign and segmentation gains build over the first three months.

Which email flows should every brand have?

Start with welcome, abandoned cart or abandoned checkout, post-purchase and win-back, because they reach people at their highest-intent moments. B2B brands swap cart flows for trial onboarding, nurture and demo follow-up. Browse abandonment and replenishment come next, once the core is working.

Why are our emails going to spam?

The usual causes are missing or misaligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, sending to old or unengaged contacts, and sudden jumps in volume. We fix authentication first, then clean the list and set sunset rules so engagement recovers. Google Postmaster Tools shows when reputation improves.

What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC actually do?

SPF lists the servers allowed to send mail for your domain, DKIM signs each message so receivers can verify it wasn't altered, and DMARC tells inboxes what to do when those checks fail. Gmail and Yahoo require them for bulk senders. Without them, even good emails can land in spam.

Is Klaviyo better than Mailchimp or HubSpot?

Yes, for most Shopify and e-commerce brands, because of its deep store data and predictive segments. HubSpot fits B2B teams that want email inside their CRM, and Mailchimp suits smaller lists with simpler needs. We work in all three and only recommend switching when the gain outweighs the migration effort.

How often should we email our list?

More often than most brands think, as long as each send is relevant to the segment receiving it. Engaged subscribers can take several emails a week around launches, while less active ones should hear from you less. Segmentation is what makes frequency safe.

Do you handle SMS marketing compliance?

Yes, we set up consent capture, opt-out handling and quiet hours, and keep SMS consent separate from email consent. Marketing texts need clear, recorded consent in most markets, so we never import numbers without it. Your legal team should still review the final opt-in language.

Do you write and design the emails?

Yes, copy, design and build are all included, using mobile-first templates in your brand. Your team approves flows before they go live and can reuse the templates for their own campaigns. Product photography and video come from you or from our creative studio.
