What we collect
- Information you give us when you request an audit, fill in the contact form or email us: your name, work email, company, website, competitor, budget range, timeline and anything you write in your message.
- Job applications you send through our careers pages: your name, email, phone if you add it, city and time zone, LinkedIn and portfolio links, your CV, your answers to the application questions and the role you applied for.
- Campaign information such as the page you landed on, the referring site and campaign parameters (for example utm_source or gclid), so we know which channels bring enquiries.
- Usage information collected by analytics tools if they are enabled on this site, such as pages viewed and approximate location, subject to your cookie choices where required.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the audit or proposal you asked for.
- To review job applications and contact applicants about roles.
- To understand which marketing channels work, in aggregate.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing sequences you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this site and our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling and analytics providers. They process data only on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, typically no longer than 24 months unless we start working together.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email grow@noorscale.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We work with clients and providers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Job applicants
When you apply for a role, we use your application only to assess you for that role and for similar roles we think suit you. It is read by the people involved in hiring at Noorscale, and it reaches us by email through our email provider. We keep applications for up to 12 months so we can contact you about future roles, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employment records. To see, correct or delete your application at any time, email grow@noorscale.com.
Health information
Please don't send patient or other sensitive health information through our website forms. For client work that involves protected health information, we agree data handling terms, including business associate agreements where required, before any data is shared.

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
