How do I find out how many calls I miss?
Your phone provider or call-tracking tool reports missed and abandoned calls, usually by day and hour. For messages, check unanswered website chats, form submissions and social DMs that waited more than an hour for a reply.
Do people really not call back?
Some do, but many contact the next business on the list, especially for urgent or local services. The calculator assumes a missed enquiry is lost, so if you know a share of callers ring back, lower the sales enquiry percentage.
What does an AI answering agent actually do?
