AI Agents & Automation
MLOps and LLMOps that get models and LLM apps to production and keep them there.
For teams with models stuck in notebooks, LLM features released by hand, or no way to tell whether the latest change made things better or worse. We build the pipelines, registry, evaluation gates, deployment and monitoring that every model and prompt change passes through, so your team releases with evidence and rolls back in one step.

Overview
What is MLOps?
MLOps is the practice of building, releasing and running machine learning models in production through automated, repeatable pipelines. It covers training pipelines, a model registry, versioning of data and models, evaluation before release, deployment, monitoring for drift and rollback. LLMOps applies the same discipline to LLM apps, adding prompt versioning, quality evaluations and token cost tracking. Noorscale sets up both in your cloud and hands them to your team.

What problems does an MLOps and LLMOps setup solve?
It solves the three problems teams raise most often on a first call, and each one has a fix.
The problem
- “Models work in notebooks and stall before production”Data scientists hand over a file, engineering rebuilds it by hand, and months pass between a good result and a live model.
- “Nobody can say which version is live or why”Prompts get edited in place, models get retrained on someone's laptop, and when results drop there's no record of what changed.
- “Quality and cost drift quietly”Input data shifts, a provider updates its model, token bills climb, and the first signal is a customer complaint or an invoice.
What changes
- Good models reach users soonerA better result in testing becomes a live release through the pipeline, without engineering rebuilding it by hand.
- Every release backed by evidenceEvaluation gates compare each change with what's live, so quality climbs from release to release.
- Drift and cost spikes caught earlyAlerts flag data shifts, quality drops and rising spend before customers or the finance team notice.
- A clear record of what's runningEvery model, prompt and dataset is versioned, so you can say which version made a decision and roll back in one step.

Process
How long does an MLOps and LLMOps setup take?
The work runs in five steps, starting in weeks 1 to 2 and then running as ongoing work. Every step ends with something you can use, so you always know what's landed and what comes next.
Timeline: First model on the new pipeline in 6 to 10 weeks
Step 01Weeks 1 to 2
Audit models and the release process
We review how models and LLM features are built, tested and released today, pick the first one to move onto the pipeline and agree its gates.
You get: First model chosen and its gates agreed
Step 02Weeks 2 to 5
Build pipelines and registry
We set up versioned data, training or fine-tuning pipelines, experiment tracking and the registry in your cloud account, defined as code in Terraform.
You get: Pipelines and registry in your cloud, as code
Step 03Weeks 4 to 8
Add evaluation gates and deployment
We build the test sets with your team, wire scoring into CI/CD, and set up canary or shadow releases with rollback.
You get: Evaluation gates in CI/CD, with rollback
Step 04Weeks 6 to 10
Turn on monitoring and ship
Drift, quality, latency and cost dashboards go live with thresholds you agree, and the first model ships through the full pipeline.
You get: First model shipped with live dashboards
Step 05Ongoing
Hand over and extend
We train your team, move further models and LLM apps onto the pipeline, and stay on for support if you want us to.
You get: Trained team and more models on the pipeline
Reporting
How will you know an MLOps and LLMOps setup is working?
You'll see it in four numbers on a live dashboard, with a written review every month. Leading indicators come first, then the numbers your finance team cares about.
Monthly reportSample
- Time from experiment to productionLower is better
Days from a better result in testing to that model or prompt serving real traffic, before and after the pipeline.
- Regressions caught before releaseHigher is better
Candidate models or prompts that scored below the live version and stayed in staging instead of reaching users.
- Time to detect driftLower is better
How quickly a shift in input data, prediction quality or LLM output is flagged after it starts.
- Cost per prediction or requestLower is better
Serving and token cost for each unit of work, tracked per model and per app against your budget.

FAQ
Questions about MLOps & LLMOps
Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.
How much do MLOps services cost?
Cost depends on how many models and LLM apps move onto the pipeline, which cloud and tools you already run, how much data needs versioning and how strict your audit rules are. Teams with Kubernetes and CI/CD in place need less setup than teams starting fresh. Cloud and GPU usage are billed to your own accounts. You'll get a written scope after a free call.
What's the difference between MLOps and LLMOps?
MLOps covers models you train yourself, such as forecasting, classification or computer vision models, with data pipelines, training, a registry, deployment and drift monitoring. LLMOps covers apps built on large language models, where you also version prompts and retrieval settings, score outputs with evaluation sets and track token cost and latency. Most of the plumbing is shared, so we set up one pipeline that handles both.
How is this different from private AI hosting or managed AI agents?
Private AI hosting chooses an open-weight model and runs it on your own infrastructure. Managed AI agents is a team that watches a live agent's conversations and tunes it month by month. MLOps and LLMOps is the release system underneath both: the pipelines, registry, evaluation gates, deployment and rollback that every model or prompt change passes through, run by your own team.
Which MLOps tools and platforms do you use?
We use MLflow for experiment tracking and the registry, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines or Vertex AI for pipelines, vLLM or KServe for serving, and Evidently AI, Grafana and Langfuse for monitoring. If you already run a platform such as Azure Machine Learning or Databricks, we build inside it. The choice follows your cloud and your team's skills.
How do evaluation gates work?
An evaluation gate is an automatic step in your release pipeline that scores a new model or prompt on your test sets and compares it with the version in production. A candidate that meets the agreed bar on quality, latency and cost moves to a canary release. One that falls short stays in staging, with a report showing where it scored lower.
How do you detect model drift?
We compare live inputs and predictions with the data the model was trained and tested on, using statistical drift checks, and track real quality wherever true outcomes arrive later, such as a forecast against actual sales. For LLM apps we sample outputs and score them against evaluation sets. When a threshold is crossed, your team gets an alert and a retraining run can start automatically.
How quickly can we roll back a bad release?
Rollback is a single step, because the previous version stays registered and ready to serve. Canary releases send a small share of traffic to the new version first, so most problems show up on a fraction of requests, and switching back is one command or one click in the pipeline.
Can you work with our existing data science team?
Yes, the pipeline is built for your team to use every day. Data scientists keep their notebooks and frameworks, and we turn their work into versioned pipelines while pairing with them. Everything lives in your repositories and cloud accounts, with documentation and training at handover.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to the code, data and cloud accounts behind your current models and LLM apps, one model to move first, and someone who can define what good output looks like for it. A platform or DevOps contact helps us fit the pipeline to your existing CI/CD and security rules.
