Analytics and growth

Marketing analytics and growth strategy that ties spend to revenue.

Most marketing reports measure activity because the tracking underneath can't see revenue. We fix the measurement first, across GA4, server-side tagging, ad platform conversions and your CRM, then build the dashboards that show cost per qualified lead and revenue by channel. When you need someone senior to turn those numbers into decisions, a fractional CMO runs the plan with you.

Spend to revenue

Sample

Spend runs across Google Ads, Meta, SEO and LinkedIn, deals won in the CRM are traced back to their source, revenue shows next to spend for each channel, and next quarter's budget moves toward SEO and away from LinkedIn.

  1. Spend runs on every channel
  2. Each sale traced to source
  3. Revenue shows by channel
  4. Budget moves to what pays

Overview

What is marketing analytics and growth strategy?

Marketing analytics and growth strategy is the work of measuring how every channel contributes to leads and revenue, then using that evidence to set budgets, priorities and tests. Without it, each platform reports its own success and budgets follow habit. We cover the full chain: consent-aware tracking in GA4, Tag Manager and the ad platforms, CRM-connected dashboards, and fractional CMO leadership for teams without a senior marketer.

The Beacon Method

How does every engagement run?

Research first, a plan you can read, focused delivery and reporting tied to revenue. The same four stages for every practice.

  1. Step 01Weeks 1–2

    Signal

Find every signal about your brand

We audit how you show up on Google, in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, in your ads, on your site and inside your CRM. You get the gaps, ranked by revenue impact.

  2. Step 02Weeks 2–4

    Structure

Turn the gaps into one plan

We rank every gap by revenue impact and turn it into a 90-day roadmap: which channels move first, what to build, who owns it and the numbers that prove it worked.

  3. Step 03Month 2 onward

    Light

Build and launch in focused sprints

Content, campaigns, creative, sites, agents and CRM automations ship in two-week sprints. Working documents, not decks, and you own every asset.

  4. Step 04Ongoing

    Scale

    Measure, compound, automate

Live dashboards tie the work to leads and revenue. We double down on what's compounding, cut what isn't, and automate the repetitive parts so growth keeps running.

FAQ

Questions about Analytics

Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.

Why don't our GA4 numbers match our ad platforms or CRM?

Each platform counts conversions differently, with its own attribution model, lookback window, consent handling and deduplication rules, so some gap is normal. The rest usually comes from broken or duplicate tracking. We document how each system counts, fix what's broken and reconcile everything to the CRM, which sits closest to revenue.

Do we need server-side tracking?

Yes, if you spend meaningfully on paid media or rely on conversion data for automated bidding. Browser restrictions, ad blockers and consent choices drop a share of client-side events, and server-side tagging with Meta's Conversions API and Google's enhanced conversions recovers signal within what visitors have consented to. Sites with little ad spend can usually wait.

How much do analytics and growth services cost?

Tracking setups and dashboards are fixed-price projects, and fractional CMO support is a monthly retainer, each scoped after a free call. The fee depends on how many sites, platforms and data sources are involved. You get a written scope with deliverables, timeline and fee before any work starts.

Where should we start: tracking, dashboards or strategy?

Start with tracking if you can't trust your conversion numbers, because dashboards and strategy built on bad data just make wrong answers look official. If tracking is sound but nobody can see revenue by channel, start with a dashboard. If both exist and decisions still drift, you need an owner, and that's where a fractional CMO fits.

What is marketing attribution, and which model should we use?

Attribution is the set of rules that decides how credit for a sale is split across the channels a buyer touched. Last-click gives everything to the final touch, which undervalues the channels that create demand, while data-driven models spread credit based on observed paths. We choose the model with you, then sanity-check it with holdout tests where budgets allow.

Can you set up tracking for a healthcare or addiction treatment website?

Yes, with privacy rules built in from the start. We keep protected health information out of ad pixels and analytics tags, use vendors willing to sign a BAA where it's involved, and send only non-identifying conversion events to ad platforms. Your compliance team signs off before launch.

Is a fractional CMO better than hiring a full-time marketing leader?

A fractional CMO makes sense when you need senior strategy, budget ownership and agency oversight but don't yet have the scale for a full-time executive. Once the team and spend outgrow what a few days a month can lead, a full-time hire is the better move, and we'll help you make it.

Will we own the tracking, dashboards and data?

Yes, all of it. Everything is built in your own GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and cloud accounts, with documentation your team or next agency can follow. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us.
