Cloud, DevOps & security

Cloud and DevOps services that ship fast and stand up to scrutiny.

Slow releases, surprise cloud bills and a security questionnaire nobody can answer usually trace back to the same thing: infrastructure that grew by hand. We move workloads to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud on a clean landing zone, automate builds and releases, keep spend in check, test your defenses under written authorization and prepare the evidence auditors ask for.

Overview

What are cloud and DevOps services?

Cloud and DevOps services are the planning, building and running of the cloud infrastructure your software depends on, and of the pipelines that ship code to it. That covers migration to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, cost control and security. Noorscale also runs authorized penetration tests and prepares controls and evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR, in accounts you own.

The Beacon Method

How does every engagement run?

Research first, a plan you can read, focused delivery and reporting tied to revenue. The same four stages for every practice.

  1. Step 01Weeks 1–2

    Signal

Find every signal about your brand

We audit how you show up on Google, in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, in your ads, on your site and inside your CRM. You get the gaps, ranked by revenue impact.

  2. Step 02Weeks 2–4

    Structure

Turn the gaps into one plan

We rank every gap by revenue impact and turn it into a 90-day roadmap: which channels move first, what to build, who owns it and the numbers that prove it worked.

  3. Step 03Month 2 onward

    Light

Build and launch in focused sprints

Content, campaigns, creative, sites, agents and CRM automations ship in two-week sprints. Working documents, not decks, and you own every asset.

  4. Step 04Ongoing

    Scale

    Measure, compound, automate

Live dashboards tie the work to leads and revenue. We double down on what's compounding, cut what isn't, and automate the repetitive parts so growth keeps running.

FAQ

Questions about Cloud & Security

Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.

How much do cloud and DevOps services cost?

Cost depends on how many applications and environments you run, which clouds they're on, how much is already automated and whether compliance rules apply. Migrations, pipeline builds, security tests and readiness projects are fixed-price, while managed cloud runs on a monthly retainer. Cloud usage is billed to you directly by AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. You get a written scope after a free call.

Do you work with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud?

Yes, we work across all three, and with Kubernetes on any of them. If you haven't chosen yet, we compare the providers on your workloads, your team's skills and the licenses you already hold, then recommend one in writing. Our advice isn't tied to any provider's bill.

What do cloud security services include?

Cloud security services include hardening identity and access, reviewing configuration against CIS Benchmarks, logging and alerting, secrets management, encryption and backups, plus authorized penetration testing of the apps and APIs you run. We build these controls into the landing zone and pipelines from the start, then test them under a signed scope.

Do you offer managed cloud services?

Yes, managed cloud is a monthly retainer covering monitoring and alerts, patching, backup checks, security updates, small changes and a monthly cost and health review. Response times and scope are agreed in writing, and everything stays in accounts you own.

Can Noorscale certify us for SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

Certification and attestation always come from independent bodies: a licensed CPA firm issues SOC 2 reports, and an accredited certification body issues ISO 27001 certificates. We do the preparation they examine, including the gap assessment, policies, technical controls and evidence, then hand over to the auditor you choose and support you through the audit.

How long does a cloud or DevOps project take?

A cloud assessment or a first CI/CD pipeline usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. Migrations move in waves over several months, depending on how many systems you run, penetration tests take 1 to 3 weeks of testing, and SOC 2 readiness typically takes 8 to 16 weeks. Every project starts with a dated plan.

Do we keep ownership of our cloud accounts and code?

Yes, everything runs in cloud accounts, repositories and tools in your name. We work through roles you can revoke at any time, all infrastructure is written as code in your repository, and documentation and runbooks are handed over with the work.

Can you work alongside our in-house engineers?

Yes, most of our cloud work happens alongside in-house teams. Your engineers review every change through pull requests, pair with us on the harder parts and get runbooks and training. If you need more capacity for longer, a dedicated team can join your roadmap.
