CRM & Automation
ERP integration that keeps orders, stock and invoices in sync across every system.
For operations and finance teams who re-key store orders into the ERP, chase stock figures that disagree and close the month by reconciling exports. We connect your ERP with your CRM, ecommerce, finance and operations systems through API integrations, webhooks or middleware, with monitoring, retries and an error queue your team can see.

Overview
What are ERP integration services?
ERP integration services connect an ERP system, such as SAP, NetSuite, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics 365, with the other software a business runs on, so orders, customers, stock, invoices and payments move between them automatically and stay consistent. The work covers data mapping, APIs, webhooks or middleware, error handling and monitoring. Noorscale designs each flow, decides which system owns each record and keeps every sync observable.

What problems does an ERP integration solve?
It solves the three problems teams raise most often on a first call, and each one has a fix.
The problem
- “Orders are re-keyed from the store into the ERP”Someone copies each Shopify or marketplace order into the ERP by hand, so fulfilment waits and typos end up on invoices.
- “Stock, prices and customer records disagree”The store shows stock the warehouse doesn't have, the CRM holds an old address, and nobody is sure which system is right.
- “Our integrations break quietly”A connector stops after an API change or an expired token, and the gap only shows up at month-end close or in a customer complaint.
What changes
- Orders flow with no re-keyingStore and CRM orders reach the ERP automatically, so fulfilment starts sooner and invoices match what was sold.
- One version of stock, prices and customersEach field has one owning system and every other system follows it, so teams stop arguing over whose number is right.
- Problems surface the same dayAlerts, an error queue and daily reconciliation catch failed syncs long before month-end.
- A faster month-end closeFinance works from records that already match across systems, instead of reconciling exports by hand.
Compare your options
Re-key by hand, use a ready-made connector or build monitored integrations?

What's included
What does an ERP integration include?
An ERP integration includes six deliverables, each one working material your team can use, not a slide deck.
Scope · ERP & API Integrations6 deliverables
- 01
Integration map and data ownership
Every system, flow and record type mapped, with one owning system per field, such as the ERP for prices and stock and the CRM for contacts.
- 02
Field mappings and transformation rules
Customers, products, orders, invoices and payments mapped between systems, including units, tax codes and IDs, signed off by finance and operations.
- 03
API, webhook and middleware builds
Flows built on each system's API and webhooks, or on middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft or Azure Logic Apps when that suits your volume and team.
- 04
Retries, idempotency and an error queue
Failed calls retried with backoff, duplicate webhook deliveries recognized and skipped, and records that still fail held in a queue your team can fix and replay.
- 05
Monitoring, alerts and daily reconciliation
A status view for every flow, alerts in Slack, Microsoft Teams or email, and a daily report matching order, invoice and stock totals between systems.
- 06
Runbook and handover
Documentation for each flow, credential rotation steps and a recorded walkthrough, so your team knows what runs, who owns it and how to pause it.

Process
How long does an ERP integration take?
The work runs in five steps, starting in weeks 1 to 2 and then running as ongoing work. Every step ends with something you can use, so you always know what's landed and what comes next.
Time to first results: First flow live in 4 to 8 weeks
Step 01Weeks 1 to 2
Map systems and flows
We review each system's API and rate limits, interview finance, sales and operations, and agree the flows, field owners and sync timing.
You get: Integration map with field owners and sync timing
Step 02Weeks 2 to 3
Design the approach
We choose direct API, webhooks or middleware for each flow, design the error handling and write the field mappings for sign-off.
You get: Field mappings and error handling signed off
Step 03Weeks 3 to 7
Build and test in a sandbox
We build the first flows against sandbox or test instances, then run them on copies of real orders, invoices and awkward edge cases.
You get: Flows tested on copies of real records
Step 04Weeks 6 to 8
Go live in stages
Flows switch on one at a time, with history backfilled where agreed and reconciliation checked daily through the first weeks.
You get: Live flows with daily reconciliation checks
Step 05Ongoing
Monitor and extend
We watch every run, handle API version changes and token renewals, and add new flows as your systems change.
You get: Status view, alerts and new flows as needed
Reporting
How will you know an ERP integration is working?
You'll see it in four numbers on a live dashboard, with a written review every month. Leading indicators come first, then the numbers your finance team cares about.
Monthly reportSample
- Sync success rateHigher is better
Share of records that move between systems with no manual fix, tracked per flow.
- Time to syncLower is better
Minutes from an order, payment or stock change to it showing in every connected system.
- Reconciliation gapsHigher is better
Differences in counts and totals between systems found by the daily report, and how quickly each is cleared.
- Manual entry removedHigher is better
Hours of re-keying and copy-paste per week, measured against the baseline recorded during mapping.

Who it's for
Who is an ERP integration for?
An ERP integration works best for teams in one or more of these situations.
- Ecommerce brands syncing Shopify orders and stock with NetSuite, Odoo or Dynamics 365
- B2B companies connecting Salesforce or HubSpot deals to ERP quotes and invoices
- Finance teams that close the month by reconciling exports by hand
- Companies adding a warehouse, billing or shipping system to an existing ERP
Engagement
How is an ERP integration scoped and priced?
Pricing is shared after the free call, in a written scope with deliverables, timeline and fee. Never a package, never a surprise.

FAQ
Questions about ERP & API Integrations
Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.
How much do ERP integration services cost?
Cost depends on how many systems and flows are involved, the quality of each system's API, record volumes, how much history needs backfilling and whether middleware is part of the design. Each flow is a fixed-price build, and monitoring and changes run on a monthly fee. Middleware and ERP licenses are billed to you directly. You'll get a written scope after a free call.
How long does an ERP integration take?
The first flow, such as Shopify orders into NetSuite, usually goes live in 4 to 8 weeks, including mapping and sandbox testing. Later flows move faster because the connections, error handling and monitoring already exist. Older on-premise ERPs with limited APIs can take longer, and the scope says so up front.
Should we use middleware or custom API integrations?
Middleware such as Celigo, Boomi or MuleSoft suits many flows between well-known systems and gives your team a visual console, at the cost of a subscription. Custom integrations on each system's API suit high volumes, unusual logic or tight control over cost and hosting. We choose per flow, often mix both, and explain the trade-off in writing.
How is ERP integration different from workflow automation?
Workflow automation connects everyday team tools, such as forms, inboxes and spreadsheets, usually in n8n, Make or Zapier. ERP integration moves financial and operational records between systems of record, where a duplicate order or a wrong tax code changes stock, invoices and the books. That calls for data ownership rules, idempotent processing, reconciliation and monitoring, which are the core of this service.
Do we need a custom CRM or better integrations?
Better integrations, in most cases where your CRM and ERP each suit their job but work in isolation. A custom CRM makes sense when no platform fits your records or process, and it would still need connecting to your ERP. We'll tell you which problem you have after mapping your systems.
Which ERP systems do you integrate with?
We work with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One, NetSuite, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERPs that offer an API, file exchange or database access. On the other side, common systems include Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, payment providers, warehouse and shipping tools, and accounting software.
What happens when an integration fails?
Failed calls are retried automatically with backoff, and records that still fail go to an error queue with the reason attached, where your team or ours can fix and replay them. Alerts go to Slack, Microsoft Teams or email, and the daily reconciliation report confirms totals match across systems.
Can you sync data in real time?
Yes, where the systems support it. Webhooks and event APIs push changes within seconds or minutes, while some ERPs allow only scheduled syncs or set tight rate limits. We set the timing per flow, such as near real time for orders and stock and nightly for less urgent records.
Is our data secure as it moves between systems?
Yes, connections use HTTPS with OAuth or scoped API keys carrying only the permissions each flow needs. Credentials live in a secrets manager such as AWS Secrets Manager or Azure Key Vault, logs mask sensitive fields, and integrations can run inside your own cloud account.
