What you'll do
- Write scripts and hooks for UGC ads and AI-generated video.
- Brief and manage creators, from casting to final delivery.
- Produce AI video, avatars, voice and product shots with current AI tools.
- Turn one idea into many variations the paid team can test.
- Settle rights, consent and each platform's AI labels before anything goes live.
What you'll bring
- A portfolio of UGC or AI video ads you've produced.
- Hands-on experience with AI video, image and voice tools.
- Strong short-form scriptwriting.
- Organized production habits: briefs, schedules and approvals.
Nice to have
- Experience managing creator relationships at volume.
- Basic editing skills.
