What you'll do
- Edit short-form video for ads and social: hooks, pacing, captions and sound.
- Cut founder videos, product demos and UGC into several versions for testing.
- Add motion graphics and subtitles, and adapt each edit to every platform's format.
- Read performance data with the paid team and edit the next round from what won.
- Keep project files organized and hand them over cleanly.
What you'll bring
- A reel of short-form edits you're proud of, with results if you have them.
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or a similar editor.
- A sharp sense of pacing and of what holds attention in the first few seconds.
- Reliable delivery against clear deadlines.
Nice to have
- Motion graphics in After Effects.
- AI video and audio tools used in real edits.
