What you'll do
- Build chat agents, voice agents and custom AI apps on models such as GPT and Claude.
- Design retrieval so assistants answer from a client's own documents, with sources.
- Connect agents to the tools clients already run, such as CRMs, calendars and helpdesks, through APIs and MCP.
- Build evaluations and guardrails that keep agents accurate, safe and on brand.
- Measure what each agent changes for the client and improve it sprint by sprint.
What you'll bring
- Senior software engineering experience, with LLM apps or agents in production you can walk us through.
- Strong Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with retrieval, tool calling and prompt design.
- A careful approach to evaluation, privacy and the ways an agent can fail.
- Clear writing about what an agent can and can't do.
Nice to have
- Experience with an agent framework such as LangGraph.
- Real-time voice pipelines you've built or run.
- Vector search experience, for example with pgvector.
