You'll set up the CRMs and integrations that make sure every lead gets a fast reply and every sale is tracked. You'll connect the tools a client already uses, so data moves on its own and their team stops copying and pasting.

What you'll do
- Set up and tidy CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and GoHighLevel, from pipelines to permissions.
- Build follow-up automations and email sequences that reply to every lead.
- Connect CRMs to websites, ad platforms, calendars and AI agents through APIs, n8n or Zapier.
- Make sure revenue data flows back to the ad platforms and into reporting.
- Train client teams and document every workflow you build.
What you'll bring
- Senior hands-on experience with at least one of HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel.
- Integrations you've built with APIs and webhooks, or with n8n, Make or Zapier.
- A clear picture of how a sales pipeline works and where leads slip out of it.
- Patience and clear writing when you train non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- Some scripting in JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with ERP integrations.
