You'll help our clients get found in Google and named in AI answers from assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. You'll work closely with Noor, whose own background is search and growth strategy, on plans measured against revenue.

What you'll do
- Build topical maps and content briefs grounded in semantic SEO and entity research.
- Run technical SEO audits with Search Console, crawlers and Core Web Vitals data, then work with engineers on the fixes.
- Optimize clients for AI search: structured data, clear entities and the sources AI assistants cite.
- Track rankings, AI visibility and organic revenue, and report what moved and why.
- Plan local, e-commerce, international and programmatic SEO where a client needs it.
What you'll bring
- Senior SEO experience, with results you can show and explain.
- A deep understanding of technical SEO, structured data and how search engines understand entities.
- Real curiosity about how AI assistants choose what to cite, and tests you've run to find out.
- Clear writing: briefs a writer can follow and reports a client can read in five minutes.
Nice to have
- Some HTML, JavaScript or Python for audits and automation.
- Programmatic SEO at scale.
- Link building and digital PR.
