What you'll do
- Plan, launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok.
- Set up conversion tracking in GA4 and send CRM revenue back to the ad platforms.
- Brief and test new creative with the design and video team every sprint.
- Work with designers and engineers on landing pages that turn clicks into calls.
- Report results in plain language, with what you'll test next.
What you'll bring
- Senior experience managing paid media budgets, with results you can explain.
- Hands-on skill with at least two of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok.
- Strong analytics: GA4, conversion tracking and spreadsheets you trust.
- The honesty to say when a channel isn't working.

- B2B lead generation with long sales cycles.
- E-commerce campaigns for Shopify stores.
