What you'll do
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for client use cases, such as classification, extraction and search.
- Build computer vision and multilingual AI features where a client needs them.
- Set up MLOps and LLMOps: versioning, monitoring and retraining.
- Decide with the team when a hosted model is enough and when a custom one earns its cost.
- Write up results in plain language, with honest numbers.
What you'll bring
- Senior experience shipping ML models to production that you can explain.
- Strong Python and a modern ML framework such as PyTorch.
- A solid grounding in evaluation, and the judgement to say when a model isn't good enough yet.
- Experience deploying on a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Nice to have
- Private or self-hosted model deployment.
- Fine-tuning open-weight LLMs.
