Creator fit

Sample

Three creators are scored for audience fit, the two best fits are signed while a big but poorly matched account is skipped, a creator's video goes live with a tracked discount code, and orders are counted per code so the best creator is rebooked.

  2. Best fits get signed
  3. Posts go live with codes

Overview

What does an influencer marketing agency do?

An influencer marketing agency finds, vets, briefs, contracts and manages creators who promote a brand to their audiences on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The point is sales you can trace and content you can reuse, not one-off posts that disappear. Noorscale checks audiences for fit and fake followers, negotiates usage rights and whitelisting, enforces disclosure, and tracks orders per creator through codes, links and paid amplification.

See it in action

What does an influencer marketing campaign look like when it's working?

When an influencer marketing campaign is working, you see four changes: sales traced to each creator, content you can run as ads, creator fees spent on what sells and your week back. The live sample below is built with illustrative data. Your version runs on your own accounts and your numbers.

Sound familiar?

What problems does an influencer marketing campaign solve?

An influencer marketing campaign solves three common problems: “We paid an influencer and sold almost nothing”, “We can't reuse the content we paid for” and “Managing creators is eating our whole week”. Each one has a fix.

The problem

  • “We paid an influencer and sold almost nothing”A big follower count hid the wrong audience, inflated engagement or a one-off post with no tracking. Nobody checked fit before the money went out.
  • “We can't reuse the content we paid for”The contract never covered paid usage rights or whitelisting, so the creator's best video can't run as an ad without a second negotiation.
  • “Managing creators is eating our whole week”Outreach, shipping product, chasing drafts, checking disclosures and paying invoices across dozens of DMs. Campaigns stall because nobody owns the process.

What changes

  • Sales traced to each creatorCodes and links credit every order to the right creator, so budget goes to the people who actually sell.
  • Content you can run as adsUsage rights and whitelisting agreed upfront, so the best creator posts become paid ads without a second negotiation.
  • Creator fees spent on what sellsAudience fit and fake-follower checks happen before any money goes out, not after a post flops.
  • Your week backOutreach, shipping, drafts, disclosures and payments run on our side, with one tracker showing where every creator stands.

Compare your options

Run creators in-house, use a platform or hire an agency?

Each option suits a different situation: direct outreach in-house (a few creators, simple gifting); creator platform, self-run (a coordinator has time to run it); and Noorscale (you want tracked sales, end to end). Here's how they compare on the points buyers ask about most.

  6. 06

    Campaign results report

Reach, clicks, code redemptions, orders and cost per order by creator, with paid results of whitelisted posts and rebooking recommendations.

Reporting

How will you know an influencer marketing campaign is working?

You'll know an influencer marketing campaign is working from four measures on a live dashboard: cost per order by creator, engagement quality, whitelisted ad performance and disclosure compliance rate. You also get a written review every month: leading indicators first, then the numbers your finance team cares about.

Monthly reportSample

Fees, product and paid spend divided by orders tracked through each creator's code or link.

Engagement qualityHigher is better

Saves, shares and genuine comments compared with follower count, a better read than raw likes.

Whitelisted ad performanceHigher is better

Click-through and cost per purchase when creator content runs as paid ads, compared with brand-made creative.

FAQ

Questions about Influencer & Creator Marketing

Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.

How much does influencer marketing cost?

Program management runs as a monthly retainer, scoped after a free call. Creator fees, product costs and any paid amplification are separate, and they vary widely with creator size, platform and usage rights. We agree the full budget split with you before outreach starts.

How long does it take to launch an influencer campaign?

A first campaign usually goes live in four to six weeks: two weeks to source and vet creators, two for contracts and shipping, then drafts and approvals. Reliable sales data usually takes a second round, once you know which creators and messages convert.

How do you find the right influencers for our brand?

We start from your buyer, not from follower counts, then search creator databases and platform marketplaces for audiences that match. Each creator is scored on audience fit, engagement quality and fake-follower risk, and we review their past sponsored posts. You approve the shortlist before any outreach.

Are micro-influencers better than big creators?

Yes, often, when the goal is sales per dollar, because smaller creators tend to have closer audiences and more flexible rates. Larger creators earn their fee when you need reach or a launch moment. Most programs mix both and let tracked orders decide who gets rebooked.

How do you track sales from influencers?

Each creator gets a unique discount code and a UTM-tagged link, connected to your store and analytics. We report orders, revenue and cost per order by creator, plus results from any posts we run as ads. That's how rebooking decisions follow sales, not likes.

What is creator whitelisting?

Creator whitelisting is permission from a creator for a brand to run paid ads through the creator's account, so ads appear under their name and handle. On Meta it works through partnership ads, and on TikTok through Spark Ads authorization codes. It usually reads more like a real recommendation than a brand ad does.

Do influencers have to disclose paid partnerships?

Yes, advertising rules in most markets require a clear disclosure of any paid or gifted relationship, typically a paid partnership label or #ad. We check every draft and live post for disclosure. Brands can share responsibility for creators' disclosures, so this protects you too.

Should we use an influencer platform or an agency?

Use a platform if you have an in-house coordinator with time to run the program. Platforms such as Modash or Upfluence help you find creators, but someone still has to vet, negotiate, brief, review and report. An agency runs that work end to end, which suits brands without that capacity.

Can we run creator content as ads?

Yes, if the contract covers paid usage, which ours always do when you want it. Top posts can run from your account or from the creator's handle through whitelisting. Usage terms and expiry dates are tracked so nothing runs past its license.
