Overview

What is online reputation management?

Online reputation management is shaping what buyers find when they research a business, by generating genuine reviews, responding to feedback and monitoring mentions across review sites, search results and AI assistants. A higher, fresher rating and thoughtful public replies win the side-by-side comparison buyers make before they call. Noorscale runs it as a system: policy-compliant review requests, replies drafted for your approval, alerts across Google, Trustpilot, G2 and industry sites, and monthly checks on how AI answers describe you.

What does a reputation management program look like when it's working?

When a reputation management program is working, you see four changes: win the side-by-side comparison, every review answered fast, problems caught early and more calls from the same traffic. What problems does a reputation management program solve?

A reputation management program solves three common problems: “A few angry reviews define us on Google”, “Nobody replies to reviews, good or bad” and “AI assistants repeat an old complaint about us”. Each one has a fix.

The problem

  • “A few angry reviews define us on Google”Happy customers rarely leave reviews without a prompt, so the unhappy few set your rating. Buyers compare stars side by side and call the higher one.
  • “Nobody replies to reviews, good or bad”Unanswered complaints read as indifference, and unanswered praise wastes a chance to reinforce what you do well. Replies are public, and future buyers read them.
  • “AI assistants repeat an old complaint about us”Ask ChatGPT or Perplexity about your company and it summarizes a resolved issue or a thin forum thread, because review and forum content shapes those answers.

What changes

  • Win the side-by-side comparisonA steady flow of fresh, genuine reviews lifts your rating where buyers compare you with competitors.
  • Every review answered fastReplies drafted within a day for your approval, so no complaint sits unanswered in public.
  • Problems caught earlyAlerts across Google, review sites and AI answers flag issues before they shape how buyers see you.
  • More calls from the same trafficA stronger rating and visible, thoughtful replies give visitors the confidence to get in touch.

You get: Audit of ratings, replies and AI answers

  2. Step 02Weeks 2–4

    Build the system

We set up review requests in your CRM, write the response playbook and configure monitoring and alerts for every platform.

You get: Review requests, playbook and alerts live

  3. Step 03Month 2 onward

    Request and respond

Requests go out automatically, replies are drafted for approval and posted, and anything sensitive is escalated to you.

  4. Step 04Ongoing

    Report and refine

Each month we report trends, adjust request timing and wording, and work on the sources shaping inaccurate AI answers.

You get: Monthly reputation report with actions taken

Reporting

How will you know a reputation management program is working?

You'll know a reputation management program is working from four measures on a live dashboard: average rating by platform, review velocity, response rate and time, and AI sentiment and accuracy. You also get a written review every month: leading indicators first, then the numbers your finance team cares about.

Review velocityHigher is better

FAQ

Questions about Online Reputation Management

Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.

How much does online reputation management cost?

Reputation management runs as a monthly retainer, scoped after a free call. Multi-location groups, extra platforms and full reply management increase the scope. Review software such as Birdeye or Podium, if you don't already have it, is billed separately by the vendor.

How quickly will our ratings improve?

New reviews usually start arriving within the first few weeks after requests go live. The average rating moves more slowly, because it takes a steady volume of recent reviews to outweigh older ones. Expect a clear trend within three to six months.

How do you get more customer reviews?

By asking every customer at the right moment, through the channel they already use with you. Requests go out automatically by email or SMS after a purchase or appointment, with a direct link to the review page and one polite reminder. Asking everyone, not just the happy ones, keeps the process within platform rules.

Can you remove negative reviews?

Genuine reviews stay up: we can't remove them, and no honest provider can. We flag reviews that break platform rules, such as fake, conflict-of-interest or off-topic reviews, through each platform's own process. A good public reply often does more than a removal would.

Do you reply to reviews for us?

Yes, we draft a reply to every new review in your voice and queue it for your approval, or post directly under rules you set. Complaints and anything sensitive are escalated to you first. Response time is tracked in the monthly report.

Are AI-written review responses a good idea?

Yes, as drafts, not as unchecked autopilot. AI helps us respond quickly and consistently, but every reply is checked by a person for tone, accuracy and privacy before it goes live. Generic, repetitive replies hurt trust more than a slow one.

Can't we just ask customers for reviews ourselves?

Yes, and you should, but most teams ask inconsistently and only when someone remembers. A system asks every customer at the right moment, handles replies on a schedule and catches problems on sites you don't check daily. We set it up so your team can run it with or without us later.

How do AI assistants decide what to say about our business?

They draw on reviews, forums, news, directories and your own site, so a resolved complaint or a thin thread can shape the answer. We check monthly what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot say and which sources they cite. Then we work on those sources, with fresh reviews, accurate listings and clear answers on your site.

How should healthcare providers respond to patient reviews?

Carefully, because health privacy rules apply to review replies too. A response must never confirm that the reviewer is a patient or mention treatment details, even if they shared them first. Our healthcare playbook uses general, privacy-safe replies and moves the conversation offline.
