Overview
What is AI video production?
AI video production is making commercial video with generative models and AI avatars, then finishing it with traditional editing, compositing and sound so it holds up in a skeptical buyer's feed. It gives you product films, ad concepts and presenter-led videos without booking crew, locations or talent for every version or language. Noorscale writes and directs each piece, grounds every shot in your real product, and builds avatars only with the presenter's recorded consent.

What does an AI video project look like when it's working?
When an AI video project is working, you see four changes: ideas tested before a shoot, your presenter in every language, updates out in days and every placement covered. The live sample below is built with illustrative data. Your version runs on your own accounts and your numbers.

What problems does an AI video project solve?
An AI video project solves three common problems: “A proper shoot costs more than our test budget”, “Our AI video experiments look obviously fake”, and “Our founder can't film every update and language”. Each one has a fix.
The problem
- “A proper shoot costs more than our test budget”Crew, locations, talent and post can cost more than the media you'd spend testing the idea, so good concepts never get made.
- “Our AI video experiments look obviously fake”Warping hands, flickering logos and products that change shape between shots. Raw model output rarely survives brand review, let alone a skeptical buyer.
- “Our founder can't film every update and language”Every product update, training module and new market waits on one person's calendar, and reshooting per language multiplies the cost.
What changes
- Ideas tested before a shootPut a concept in front of real buyers on real spend before committing a production budget to it.
- Your presenter in every languageOne capture session gives your founder or trainer a voice in each market, without booking new shoots or voice actors.
- Updates out in daysApproved scripts become finished videos in days, so content keeps pace with the product instead of waiting on a calendar.
- Every placement coveredMasters, cutdowns and formats for each platform from one production, so no channel runs on a cropped afterthought.

Traditional shoot, DIY AI tools or directed AI video?
Each option suits a different situation: traditional shoot (you must show real people), DIY AI video tools (internal drafts and experiments), and Noorscale (concepts, explainers and presenter videos). Here's how they compare on the points buyers ask about most.

What's included
What does an AI video project include?
An AI video project includes six deliverables: treatment and shot list; generated footage and selects; consented digital twin; VFX cleanup, sound and voiceover; language versions with lip-sync; and cutdowns and format versions. Each one is working material your team can use, not a slide deck.
Scope · AI Video Production6 deliverables
- 01
Treatment and shot list
Script and shot-by-shot plan that decides which shots are generated, which use your real footage and which are motion graphics.
- 02
Generated footage and selects
Many takes per shot across models such as Veo, Runway and Kling, built from a reference kit of your real product and narrowed to selects that hold up frame by frame.
- 03
Consented digital twin
A presenter avatar and voice built from a short capture session, with a written likeness agreement covering where, for how long and in which languages it can appear.
- 04
VFX cleanup, sound and voiceover
Artifact removal, label and logo replacement, color matching, licensed music and voiceover, mixed for phone speakers and big screens.
- 05
Language versions with lip-sync
Scripts translated, checked by native speakers for priority languages, and rendered with lip-sync so your presenter speaks each audience's language.
- 06
Cutdowns and format versions
The master plus 6, 15 and 30-second cutdowns in 9:16, 4:5 and 16:9, with captions, end cards and a log of the models and licenses behind each shot.

Process
How long does an AI video project take?
The work runs in four steps, starting in week 1 and finishing in week 5. Every step ends with something you can use, so you always know what's landed and what comes next.
Time to first results: Rough cut in 2–3 weeks
Step 01Week 1
Brief and treatment
We agree the story, audience, platforms and must-show product details, then write the treatment and shot list for your approval.
You get: Approved treatment and shot list
Step 02Week 2
Generate, capture, lock the look
We generate shots across models and, for presenter videos, capture and test the avatar. You approve a selects reel before finishing starts.
You get: Approved selects reel and locked look
Step 03Weeks 3–4
Edit, VFX and sound
The edit comes together with cleanup, compositing, color, music and voiceover, over two structured review rounds in Frame.io.
You get: Finished edit after two review rounds
Step 04Week 5
Versions and delivery
Masters, cutdowns and language versions delivered with the shot log. New scripts after that turn into finished videos in days.
You get: Masters, cutdowns, language versions and shot log
Reporting
How will you know an AI video project is working?
You'll know an AI video project is working from four measures on a live dashboard: concept win rate, view-through rate by cutdown, script-to-publish turnaround and cost per finished minute. You also get a written review every month: leading indicators first, then the numbers your finance team cares about.
Monthly reportSample
- Concept win rateHigher is better
Share of AI-made concepts that beat your current control ad when tested on equal budget.
- View-through rate by cutdownHigher is better
How much of each video people watch on each platform, compared across lengths and openings.
- Script-to-publish turnaroundLower is better
Days from approved script to published video, compared with how long filming the same piece used to take.
- Cost per finished minuteLower is better
Production spend divided by finished runtime, set against quotes for a traditional shoot of the same scope.

FAQ
Questions about AI Video Production
Something else on your mind? Email grow@noorscale.com and a person will reply within one business day.
How much does AI video production cost?
AI video production is a fixed-price project, quoted from a written scope after a free call. Price depends on length, how many shots are generated versus filmed, compositing work, custom music and how many language versions you need. Once an avatar exists, each new presenter video is priced per script and language, well below a new shoot.
How long does an AI video take to produce?
Most projects take three to five weeks from brief to final delivery. Generation itself is fast, but directing, choosing takes and cleaning artifacts is where the quality comes from, and that's human time. Simple social concepts and new avatar videos can move much faster.
Is AI video cheaper than a traditional shoot?
Yes, for most concept, product and explainer work, because there's no crew, location or talent day to pay for. It isn't cheaper when you need real people, exact product handling or footage that proves a claim. In those cases we'll recommend a shoot or a hybrid.
Which AI video models do you use?
We choose per shot from models such as Google Veo, Runway, Kling and Sora, because each handles motion, realism and consistency differently and all of them update often. Everything runs on paid plans whose terms allow commercial use. We log which model produced each shot so your legal team has a clear record.
What is an AI avatar video?
An AI avatar video is a presenter-led video in which a digital twin, a licensed model of a real person's face and voice, delivers a script without a new filming session. It suits product updates, training, onboarding and sales videos that would never justify a shoot. We build twins only with the presenter's recorded consent, in platforms such as HeyGen and Synthesia.
Can our founder's avatar speak other languages?
Yes, we translate the script, have priority languages checked by native speakers, and render each version with lip-sync in the presenter's own cloned voice. Viewers hear a natural delivery rather than subtitles over the original. Pronunciation of product names gets its own review round.
Can the presenter withdraw consent later?
Yes, and our likeness agreement sets out exactly how. When consent is withdrawn, we stop rendering, remove the twin from the platform workspace and follow the agreed plan for videos already published. That protects the presenter and keeps your company out of an awkward dispute.
Who owns the AI video you make for us?
Our contract assigns you every right we hold in each deliverable, and we only generate on paid plans whose terms allow commercial use. Copyright protection for purely AI-generated footage is limited in many places, while human-authored parts such as the script, edit and sound design can be protected. Our shot log shows where human authorship sits.
Will viewers know the video uses AI?
Yes, where it matters. We add on-screen or caption disclosure wherever platforms or audiences expect it, and we never present an avatar as a real customer or a generated scene as real footage of an event. Being upfront protects trust in the brand.
